Simon is Ph.D. student in Applied Mathematics, advised by Prof. Boris Kozinsky. His research area is the development of Machine-Learning Interatomic Potentials. Before coming to Harvard, he obtained his Master’s from MIT, where he worked with Alexie Kolpak on problems in Machine Learning for Computational Physics and Chemistry.
