Xu awarded at symposium

Stevanovic named Associate Director of Kleberg Advanced Microscopy Center

Former IMASC member Dr. Ana Stevanovic has been named  Associate Director of the Kleberg Advanced Microscopy Center, Department of Physics & Astronomy at UTSA, a shared-core user facility. The Center features state-of-the-art electron microscopy instruments and supports research in nanotechnology, biology, chemistry planetary, and materials sciences. Dr. Stevanovic will be leading the center along with Director Kelly Nash.

2-Day Meeting 2019

The IMASC team gathered at the Rowland Institute in Cambridge, MA for the annual 2-day meeting. The team reviewed the scientific progress made throughout the year, and discussed new scientific and strategic goals for the year ahead. Members of the Scientific Advisory Committe were in attendance to serve as external reviewers, providing valuable feedback. Patel recognized by AVS

July 16, 2019
Dipna Patel, a Tufts PhD candidate and member of IMASC, has been named a finalist for one of five top-level awards offered by AVS.  This selection is based on a talk Ms. Patel has submitted on her IMASC project, "Surface Reactivity of PtAg and PdAg: From Single-Atom Alloys to Supported Nanoparticles."
